02102-250 AccuRuler
RGB Plus Prestained Protein Ladder
Free Worldwide Shipping on online orders of US$249 or more!*
*Only available on UV lamp, DNA ladder, protein ladder and DNA stain (loading dye).
Size: 250 μl
MaestroGen Protein Ladders, comprising of fragments of specific base pair length, are available for estimation of molecular weights from 8 to 245 kilodalton (kDa).
02102-250 AccuRuler RGB Plus Prestained Protein Ladder is a three-color protein standard with 12 pre-stained proteins covering a wide range molecular weights from 8 to 245 kDa. Proteins are covalently coupled with a blue chromophore except for two reference bands (one green and one red band at 25 kDa and 75 kDa respectively) when separated on SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDSPAGE) with Tris-glycine-SDS running buffer.
02102-250 AccuRuler RGB Plus Prestained Protein Ladder is designed for monitoring protein separation during SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, for verifying Western transfer efficiency on membranes (PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose), and for approximating the size of proteins. The ladder is supplied in gel loading buffer and is ready to use. It is unnecessary to heat, dilute, or add reducing agent before loading.
